Here is some more information on who we are and how we can help you and your dogs. We are a family run company that specialises in all areas of dog and puppy training, resolving all behaviour problems that owners experience with their dogs. Set up by highly respected professional dog trainer and behaviour specialist Tracey Rayfield and her husband Jason, we offer dog and puppy owners the affordable help with their dogs that isn't available elsewhere. We will give you the highest quality professional dog training services, advice and support.
We think too many dog training companies charge far too much money, focus on unnecessary long winded reports and written assessments on your dog's behaviour issues but do not actually give the end result and practical support that dog owners need. We come across so many frustrated dog owners who have been poorly advised by a dog trainer to use negative & confusing methods such as spraying water on them, throwing bottles full of pebbles towards them and even using electric shock collars and other such devices to cure their dog's problems. Of course owners find in the long term these lazy methods can make the issues worse as a confused dog will only develop increased behaviour problems if you bully, frighten or confuse them into submission, even if innitally a short term gain is seen. We do not work in this way at all. Most dog behaviour issues stem from confusion. If you show a dog in a way they understand you will be amazed at how quickly you can see a positve change in your dog. This is how we work and for 3 very important reasons - firstly we work with a dog’s natural behaviours and language, Secondly we keep our fees at the lowest possible rate to make dog training home visit services affordable to all dog owners everywhere. Thirdly we cover all of Kent and SE England without charging extra for traveling time, miles travelled or when an appointment with your dog takes longer than expected. Wherever you are in Kent the price is the same, just £25 for daytime appointments, nothing else to add.

I have been involved with animal training for over 25 years and the rewards in helping owners and their dogs to have a better life together are huge for me. I help dog owners to overcome all problems that arise with their dogs. From aggressive, nervous behaviour, pulling on the lead, recall, excessive barking, destruction in the home, toilet issues, in fact any behaviour that has become uncontrollable. All issues can be resolved to give your dog a much better life with happier owners. I regularly work alongside veterinary practices and specialise with all behavioural issues. Much of our work is with dogs that have been re-homed, abused or have become unsettled, aggressive or problematic. Sometimes owners have what they believe to be a un-trainable dog and just cannot see a way out, apart from re-homing the dog or even more sadly having the dog put to sleep. This is definitely not the case at all. So many dog owners are amazed that with the right help, training and advice their dog’s behaviour can be corrected. Don't think that your dog cannot be turned around, because it can. Many people have said to me “they could never have imagined their dog could be so different “which shows that the problems that you may be experiencing with your dog can be turned around and corrected.
